Sales are the life blood of business. To a greater or lesser extent we are all sales people, whether we spread the word about our business down the sports club, simply answer the telephone at the office or directly sell for a living. We offer sales training, development and coaching programmes for any level in a business for people new to sales, customer service teams or those who are more experienced and are directly employed to sell. Sales programmes include such topics as confidence, body language, sales pitch and presentations, transformational vocabulary, influencing skills, building trust, key client relationships, negotiation, managing difficult clients, handling complaints and actually asking for the sale.
