A stroll on the links at Westmacott Golf Club could lead straight to the 19th and a hole in someone. Join the club captain Wentworth St. Andrews and his wife Ailsa Cragg St. Andrews, the rich daughter of Sir Arthur Rocky Cragg, founder of Craggs Artificial Limb Company, at the annual members dinner. Along with the green keeper Len Mower, Belle Phree the ladies champion, former actress and hostess at The Pudding Club, very popular club pro Glen Eagles , who is regularly increasing the size of the lady members and is always fully booked for tuition and other course services. Join your host, Archie Bauls, who is in desperate need of your help to solve this golfing murder mystery!

Signal to Murder:

Where has Dr. Lopping the Railway Company representative got to? Your host Archie Bauls investigates another mysterious case along with Sid Siding the Station Master, who has worked his way up from station porter. Lets not forget the flirtatious May Bee, a diligent worker from the office with an eye for the men and Mrs Bouffet-Carr the station canteen lady who claims to have gypsy blood in her veins and is renown for her useless prophecies. Keep on the right track with gentleman traveller, Archie Bauls to avoid the signal to murder at Little Hampton station.

A Shocking Murder:

Roaring twenties jazz band Status Cymbals manager, Ron Gunn, along with his PA, Tanya Hyde who was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar in Peter Stringvests Tie-Land Club and their lead singer Carmen Kollected, a replacement for Vesta Swann and a loyal member of the road crew since the bands formation, who can always be relied upon to find something in her toolbox in case of an emergency, are all suspects in this music business murder mayhem. As always, your host Archie Bauls is on the case. But what has happened to founder member and drummer Alastair Coghlan? Will the Status Quo be rocked?

The Twelve Deaths of Christmas:

It's Christmas time once again in the village of Thymely over Actin and the locals are gathered to celebrate what should be the season of peace and goodwill. However, there have already been eleven mysterious deaths associated with the popular Christmas song and the villagers wonder who may be next. Can you find out who in the room has the wrong kind of "slay" in mind? Can you help Archie solve the previous murders before the killer strikes for the last time? And please can you stop Mr Partridge from looking so worried? Join your host Archie Bauls for these festive frolics.

Masked Murder at the Halloween Ball:

You are invited to join the guests at Thymely Manor for the annual Halloween Ball. But beware, amid all the whimsical witches and fantasy phantoms, someone is about to cross to the other side for real! Will Sue-Anne Stichitt, the dressmaker get the needle with someone for not wearing their costume correctly? Will local thespian, Hymen Oldham bore them to death with his speech? Will the new schoolteacher, Martha Mattiks give them more than lines? Or will bus driver, Seymour Uptopp take them to their final destination too early?

Murder Mystery Formats:

Each theme is available in different formats depending on your budget and numbers.

Hosted Events:

Format: all the guests are suspects with their own new identities / Actor to run event with an assistant for up to 40 guests

Four Actor Events:

Format: Four actors will act out the chosen event / Murder mystery with four actors for 10 - 80 guests

The Weekend Event:

Format: Four actors will act out the chosen event over a weekend / Murder mystery with four actors for up to 80 guests over a weekend
The murder mystery themes are available in all the above formats. Themes can be adapted to include clients names and company details.

Participation:

Guests can participate as much or as little as they want. We appreciate that not everybody is a born entertainer so with our experience in reading an audience, we will not force people who look reluctant to join in. In the guest actor format we suggest you select outgoing people who are able to read lines from a supplied script and are game for a laugh.

The event, if over dinner, will last until the coffee is served so depending on how many courses you have, this will determine the time the murder mystery lasts. If over a buffet or drinks, we expect the event to last about 2 1/2 hours. We can change the timings to suit your event.

Guests are encouraged to dress for the theme selected, we find it makes it more fun for all concerned but do not worry if you do not, we would rather you were comfortable and enjoyed the event.
