Please note:

The games may not run in the order shown. They may also be altered slightly. The intention is to give the best entertainment value and alterations made are with the improvement of the show in mind. All the highly imaginative giant colourful inflatables, backdrops, obstacles and props etc. are designed and manufactured to the highest standard. All equipment is tested and carries certificates to health and safety regulations.

For every member of crew, the pursuit of excellence through professionalism is their constant goal. Ensuring the event is entertaining, whilst taking care of the competitor?s safety combining knowledge vast experience and a commitment to our client to produce a truly memorable day.

Professional Presenters:

Our professional presenters are dedicated to making your day the success you deserve. This will be reflected in the enjoyment the teams and spectators get from the event. As well as briefing the teams and taking the often amusing control of the games, they will provide a running commentary of the games and the award ceremony.

Trophies:

These are unique to us featuring our mascot Harry Hare in Bronze, Silver and Gold for the top three teams.

Sound System:

An up to date quality sound system provides the games with a musical backing, as well as allowing the presenters to provide an informative and amusing commentary.

Generating Unit:

Providing we have access for our modern silent running generating units, we will have sufficient power for our requirements.

The Venue:

Access to this should be suitable for our articulated lorries and our generating units, which provide the power we require. Maximum vehicle height 13'6" (4.5m). Width 9' (3m), Length (15m) approx. The articulated unit provides a backdrop to our stage, and also the green room facilities, hence it is necessary to keep these vehicles within our arena. This should be for our sole use. The arena area required is 55m x 37m. This should be a level grassed area with a safe playing surface. Indoor events can usually be accommodated in a sports hall at a leisure centre. This must be available for our sole use. Help is always available, and having used 100s of different venues, we may be able to offer suggestions or provide a site visit.

Water:

Water plays a part in the games and ideally we require 3000 gallons, however, we are flexible and should water be a problem, 1000 gallons are sufficient.
This will be required before the show, and can generally be supplied by the fire brigade, water board, bowser or time permitting, water hose. We can even run dry games only!

First Aid:

Safety is of paramount importance, equipment and procedures come under regular scrutiny, however as with all activities there is a risk of injury, and therefore to comply with H.S.E regulations, St Johns Ambulance or Red Cross cover is advisable.

The Teams:

We recommend a minimum of 6 to a team and a maximum of ten members to each team. These should be reasonably fit adults for our Its a Knockout. We of course do events for our younger groups, but for obvious reasons, we generally don?t mix the two. Competitors, however, do enter at their own risk. And should be warned they'll get very wet! A change of clothes is strongly recommended.

Price structure:

We have a minimum show fee. This is for a show of up to 9 teams of 10 people. Fees then go up according to the number of teams you would like to participate.

9 teams of 10 approx running time: 2 Hours
12 teams of 10 approx running time: 3 Hours
15 teams of 10 approx running time: 4 Hours
(2 shows and a final with the top teams from each heat)
18 teams of 10 approx running time: 4 Hours
(2 shows and a final with the top teams from each heat)
24 teams of 10 approx running time: 5 Hours
(2 shows and a final with the top teams from each heat)
27 teams of 10 approx running time: 6 Hours
(3 shows and a final with the top teams from each heat)
Maximum per day 54 teams requiring 2 units.
