How do I find a suitable event to meet my training requirements?

Using the Event Selector, simply choose you required goals and a list of appropriate events will be displayed. Click on any of them for further information.

What if my goals are not included in the Event Selector?

We are able to offer a complete facilitation service for any event, and any specific area a client wants focusing on. For example we have assisted with the restructure of departments, recruitment, development and change management, as well as being able to provide individual feedback. We are often consulted to feedback and evaluate on specific team issues that have arisen, and the fact that we are independent means we offer a non-biased service. Are your events all about meeting training needs?

Whilst the majority of our events do enhance skills whilst having fun, there are also many events for staff motivation and employee reward, such as a Spa Day or a Grand Prix Experience.

My company is not located near Hampshire. Can you still help us?

Four Seasons Event Management offer exciting events throughout the UK, and we can adapt most events to a chosen location if required. For example, City Slickers, was originally located in London, but has now been adapted for other UK cities. We have hotel and conference contacts all over the country, and we are happy to recommend alternative locations for you to consider.

My company only employs a few staff. Would you have any events to cater for us?

We offer a tailored solution to each client, and most events can be adapted to cater for small numbers, and large numbers, if required. To discuss adapting any event, please telephone the Event Hotline on 01590 681981.

Are you able to combine events?

As we offer a tailored service, we can combine or adapt events according to your needs. We already recommend some excellent combinations, for example, the combination of the Horse Riding (Dude Day) and New Forest Treasure Hunt works well.
