Boot Camp

Take a step back in time with an event that is sure to get your blood flowing.

The day starts with Roll call and refreshments. Once you have been briefed the group will be split into different regiments and head out on their basic training.

Each boot camp regiment will be monitored throughout the day and will be scored appropriately on their performance so that by the end of the day the elite force will prevail!

Sailing Days

Our Beneteau 40.7's hold an MCA passenger license for ten guests, but realistically they are more suitable for eight persons on a Team Building Regatta day. This ensures that everyone has a role to play and everyone is involved in sailing the boat.

RIB Treasure Hunt

Race across the waves in a competition for treasure! A twist on a classic team building day.

Racing across the sea on board a top of the range 'Rib' will take your breath away. The exhilaration of taking to the helm at high speed with the wind in your hair is a unique, adrenaline fuelled experience.

Splash And Dash

The Splay and Dash team building day begins with coffee, then it?s into your wetsuits and out into the water. A day of thrills, fun and challenges - a great event for team building.

Your team has been rewarded after a great year of business and the company directors have splashed out on a luxury cruise across the Atlantic on board the good ship SS Titanic.

Land & Sea Search

In this action packed day the teams will have to race around the Solent onboard top of the range Ribs and then map their way to different locations in and around The New Forest using their Land Rover 110 Defender.

Cockleshell Heroes

A fun packed day on the river. You and your team will take part in a secret mission to ensure the safety of the nation! Your journey will take you in canoes, kayaks and rafts to various points up the historic Beaulieu River, culminating in a daring escape from Bucklers Hard.

Volvo 60

This Volvo 60 Round the World race yacht achieved 2nd overall with Grant Dalton at the helm. She reaches speeds in excess of 30 knots and provides an extremely exciting sail.

Bare Necessities

This stunning luxury 82ft yacht is available for Corporate or Private Charter in the Solent and UK waters. Sailing from Southampton, Lymington, Portsmouth, Hamble and Cowes and Cruising in the Solent Area.

Barracuda

International superstar DJ Norman Cook (aka Fatboy Slim) and Zoë Ball invite you aboard Barracuda, their own personal classic wooden motor yacht.
Think dream charter, sailboat heaven. The Barracuda is a luxury sailing boat charter cut from a different cloth. The 1944 twin-masted gaff rigged ketch (formerly a spyship) has taken two years of loving restoration to bring it to its current level of handcrafted opulence.

Above board, everything has been beautifully and painstakingly restored in every detail to its traditional build, right down to the original block and tackle rigging and Egyptian cotton sail. Boat charter doesn’t come more refined.

Raft-building and dinghy day

This event takes place just off the M25 and involves a full day or half a day of dinghy and raft-building challenges. A BBQ lunch is provided by the water side in a most picturesque setting. This event is suitable for groups of 8-50 people and is excellent in the team-building arena.
